I have been supporting families in Northwest Ohio as a Birth Doula since 2018 and a Certified Lactation Counselor, Postpartum Doula, Infant Care Specialist, and Childbirth Educator since 2022.
My approach to doula care focuses on holistic, inclusive, non-judgmental support. I believe there are many ways to birth and I strive to create a safe and loving space for each client.
In my spare time, or when I'm not running kids to sporting events, I enjoy camping, reading, crafting, visiting new coffee shops, and sports.

Childbirth Education

Our full childbirth education course is great for first time or seasoned parents wanting to learn about what happens to your body during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. We will walk through making a birth plan, covering interventions and how to make informed choices. Nutrition, comfort measures, how to involve partners, postpartum planning, and infant care are also covered in the full course.

Wanting a refresher? Wanting to focus on birth planning, comfort measures, planning for homebirth? You may want to choose one of our mini courses.

FREE CONSULTATION
Consults are a great way to see if we'll be a good fit for your birth team. We'll spend time to get to know each other, answer any questions you have, and provide an overview of how I can support your family.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My goal in offering Postpartum Support services is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
